Manifesting: How to live and experience in the here and now

Manifesting has become a popular term. There are more and more people who want to teach you how to manifest and how the law of attraction works. Very hot.

But sometimes it doesn't seem as easy as the experts would have you believe. How can it really be. In this blog, I explore manifesting and the knowledge and awareness that is useful to have in order to manifest things quickly

What is manifesting?

Manifesting is actually how something emerges after certain things. It is a kind of "revelation." A manifestation is that something can be seen and understood by your brain[1].

Another view of manifesting is that you can create what you want[2]. You do this with your thoughts. You can think about what you want to have in your life and then you get that into your life.

This is why you need to be so careful about how you think and what you wish for. Everyone knows the phrase "Be carefull what you wish for," because you can get it.

How do you manifest?

The how of manifesting is a little trickier, but I'm going to give you a brief introduction to the idea and how it works. Because most people want to be able to manifest something quickly. We want something and we want it now.

Time, then, is an interesting phenomenon. We have come up with a concept of time. If we assume that everything is now, that is an indescribable power.

But the now cannot be grasped. It is not a thing, but an experience.

And that's interesting because when you talk about "the now" it seems like it's something that's somewhere, but then it's already gone.

When you talk about experiencing the now, it also seems like something that is stationary.

So I can grab the experience and get it now, but I can't. It's not a thing it's something you experience.

So it is something that moves it is a continuous.

We think there is a tomorrow and we think there is a past, but essentially we are fantasizing it all together.

Now you're thinking "but things have happened in my life" that's true too, but when you peel it all off you may ask "did they? Did those things happen?".

Of course, it’s not as if none of it ever happened, but the idea is that you can gradually emerge from the “hypnosis” of your story, one small step at a time.

After all, how do you know if it happened?

My son talked about thursdayism, this is the idea that everything was created last Thursday. All the memories you have were conceived and put in your head last Thursday.

He says "you can't prove that doesn't exist"

And think about that, if you can't prove this with 100 percent certainty. Then the whole idea that there is no past and future is just as true.

But we figured it out. We figured out a past and a future.

But at its core, it is light and love that manifests as a story. Our ego is fine with this, because it’s how we navigate the world.

But the trick is to see that the ego is not real. But if it's not real, neither is the story.

We are all the same, and we project the whole of reality. If we can see that and follow it, then we are, as it were, walking the path we want to walk. Our “little self” wants to follow the story, because that is apparently important. Everyone has their own story.

And this story always leads you to the point where you find out that the story doesn't exist at all.

Are you being lived or are you living yourself? Is the story being written for you or are you writing it yourself?

You live in flow, everything happens and goes naturally and then you find out you are being lived. When you see through that and you no longer feel like it, why continue doing what you are doing?

But yes we selves want to change things. We want to make the world a better place.

I myself participate in this as well. I also want to get better and stronger.

If you follow your story and then realize that you are not doing this, but that love or god is working through you. Then why bother to change anything, because it will happen anyway.

Then suddenly you also realize deep down that it's fine and good enough.

That you get to go along nicely in the river of life and you also get to do all kinds of other missions. But you find that when you get into the flow then suddenly you can manifest well.

Suddenly you can manifest a parking space or meet someone you want.

But how can they do that? It's only possible if you tell your story so.

Then suddenly you know it's very easy to manifest. These are like miracles to show you irrelevance.

You just follow life and you will naturally end up in the best place. Everything in the universe collaborates on this.

So for yourself: Get started if you want that instant manifestation. Calling Things Out. I have taught many people this with my multidimensional matrix system.

But essentially, that's the first step to showing you that it's all not real.

Then you must be the creator of the whole story. Otherwise, you couldn't have influenced it.

Even though it's good for me, it's irrelevant in the storyline. It's already decided and figured out anyway. So just follow what you have figured out for yourself. That's always the best outcome.

Key points for manifesting

From this story of how to manifest you can take a few key points, namely:

  • Are you living or being lived?
  • Are you comfortable in the flow?
  • Do you trust your flow/the universe/god?
  • Do you ever think about what you want in your life?

Your focus on your manifestation

Another thing about manifesting is that something becomes clear to your brain. You suddenly realize that something is there.

This can be very helpful in shifting your focus from what you don’t have to what you do have.

For example, you can be grateful for everything you have. In this way, you also become more aware of the wealth that is already there. This also gets you more in the flow which helps you manifest new things in your life.

Hypnosis for manifesting

Beliefs determine much of what you see as reality and what opportunities you believe you have in life.

If you’re convinced that your thoughts don’t matter when it comes to manifesting or achieving certain things, then the chances of success are slim.

Therefore, it's not easy to get into the flow if you think you have to work hard for everything.

Hypnosis can help you live more relaxed and enjoy what you have and the opportunities that come your way. In the process, hypnosis can also make you aware of how you are already manifesting things in your life. Ultimately, you manifest a lot of positive and negative things. If you know how you are doing that now (unconsciously), then you can change it.

Through regression, for example, you can find out why you think nothing comes easily. The hypnotherapist can then help you let go of that belief.

New beliefs can also be "installed" with multiple techniques.

This can be done, for example, by giving you suggestions that you repeat at home during self-hypnosis, such as:

"I get to live in abundance."

"It's ok to want what I want."

"Don't wonder how it comes into your life."

"Assume that it will come into your life."

These are just examples. Depending on your beliefs, you may receive other suggestions from the hypnotherapist.

In addition, hypnosis can help remove barriers that prevent you from flowing smoothly through life.
