Becoming a hypnotherapist can be done in many ways, but most importantly, you must first learn to give hypnotherapy. At the Hypnosis Institute Netherlands you can take your training, all 3, after which you can call yourself a hypnotherapist.

Hypnosis Institute Netherlands' training program also has CRKBO accreditation. This means that the quality of the training meets strict regulations. In addition, we also have a KTNO accreditation which means that professional associations for hypnotherapists also approve of our training.
If you have taken our training and done a PSBK course in the process, you may even be eligible for insurance reimbursement as a hypnotherapist. The insurance company will then (partially) pay for the treatment you give your clients. Step 1: Take training at the Hypnosis Institute Netherlands
So the first step is to get hypnosis training so you know techniques you can use to help people get rid of their problems.
These can include both mental and physical problems.
For example, hypnosis can be used to treat anxiety, depression, addictions, allergies, chronic pain, unexplained symptoms, smoking cessation, sleep problems, stuttering and more.
You will learn during the initial training how to make a good connection with your client during the preliminary interview so that it becomes easy to help your client with his/her problems.
You will learn how to use symbols to improve your client's life.
Where unconscious beliefs about life, or the problem, come from is something you find out with regression. During the initial training, you will learn the basics of regression therapy and how it can help people get rid of certain problems and obstacles.

Step 2: Register with the Chamber of Commerce
If you want to charge money for your hypnotherapy sessions and give them regularly, it is helpful to register with the Chamber of Commerce. This makes you seen as an entrepreneur, which can be attractive with your income tax and for reclaiming VAT if you make investments for your hypnotherapy practice.
Nor can you register with the Chamber of Commerce. Anything you earn from giving hypnotherapy then has to be reported as additional income. In addition, you are not entitled to deduct VAT when making investments for your hypnotherapy practice.
Step 3: Set up a treatment room
Giving hypnotherapy works best if you do it in a space where your client can relax properly . Therefore, arrange a space in your home, or in an office building, in such a way that it becomes easy to build rapport.
The chair, for example, is very important to the design of your treatment room. Step 4: Join a professional association
It is not mandatory to sign up with a professional association if you want to be a hypnotherapist, but this can be helpful if you want your sessions to be somewhat reimbursed by health insurance.
In doing so, a professional association can also motivate you to maintain your quality of hypnotherapy. In addition, this can act as an extra favor factor with people looking for a hypnotherapist.

Tip 6: Build experience
