ERT - A New Hypnosis Technique
ERT
So what is ERT. It's a way to release emotions without feeling them. It involves first lowering brain activity to about 1 to 4 Hertz. If you consider that you are reading this at probably 22 Hertz, you can figure that you need to relax a lot more.
During relaxation, brain activity lowers and you move toward 1-4 Hz. From 4 Hz or lower you are dealing with the Delta brain wavelength and you have the same when you sleep deeply. So you can imagine how relaxed you have to be for this technique to work properly.
In that reduced brain activity, you can retrieve emotions without feeling them. Consequently, you can release them quite easily. In that state, what you bring with you in terms of suggestions is much more powerful. When you work with that state then the chances of success are many times greater.
EEG
With an EEG (electroencephalogram), you can see that when you use the
method, brain activity drops rapidly. It’s
amazing to see that this hypnosis technique works so well.
The blue color indicates low activity.
So how does it work?
You raise emotion when you are in the deepest state of hypnosis. The brain activity is then near 0 Hz. You then put that emotion into the right arm and let it go up.
Then you drop the arm and with it 50% of the emotion. You repeat this again with 30% (so you're at 80%) and then the last 20%.
Then install a new program with a different emotion and the results are amazing. It works insanely with anxiety, smoking cessation, weight loss and more.... Even clinical depression has been relieved with it, although much more research needs to be done of course to really say anything with certainty about that.
Of course, you can also do this yourself although it may be a bit difficult. Just follow the instructions above and you may start to succeed.
