Who is actually creating your problems?

What would it be like to know exactly what you want? And how to obtain it in a simple way? Why do you keep failing to get what you want? In this article you will discover how to connect easier, better and faster with the part of you that knows exactly what you need

Your unconscious

Because in this article, I'm going to talk to you about your subconscious mind. Some say unconscious or even non-conscious, but it's about the same thing. It's that part that makes sure that you can read this, understand this and at the same time keep breathing for you so that you get enough oxygen.

And not only that, mind you. According to Ab Dijksterhuis in the book "The Smart Unconscious," you receive 11.2 million bits per second of information. How many do you think you process consciously? It's very little.

icebergYou often hear that your consciousness is like an iceberg where most (90%) is underwater, or unconscious. That's a huge amount, because that means you are doing 90% unconsciously automatically.

What also comes up often and is a hobbyhorse of Ben Tiggelaar is the 95-5 principle in which he states and substantiates that unconscious automatic behavior is even 95%. So that you do about only 5% consciously. That's enormously little...

But according to researcher Ab Dijksterhuis, apparently our consciousness is even more shocking. Because if you were to take the iceberg as a metaphor you would consciously process 1.12 million bits per second. If you go along with Tiggelaar's theory then you are at 560,000 bits that you process consciously.

But Dijksterhuis goes much further. According to him, the conscious part of you processes only 60 bits out of 11.2 million bits consciously so that's 0.00054 % ... So it's 99.999 unconscious versus 0.001 % conscious. That's a little bit different. So the metaphor of the iceberg is nowhere near how it really is.

Unconscious Automatic Behavior

Anyway what does that really mean for you. So if you do almost everything unconsciously automatically then you can't help being in this reality now. It is all created from unconscious thinking and unconscious acting. And even if you thought you were acting consciously you were acting from an unconscious choice that you had made beforehand.

Can you imagine what that means? Then take a look at your current situation. Why are you already unemployed or not holding on to a relationship? Do you constantly have money problems or are you scared to death to get on a plane? Do you have hay fever or find yourself not worthwhile? Or do you have other problems or challenges?

Of course we all have them, only how is that even possible. That's what I find interesting. How do you get problems, illnesses, fortuitous situations that bring good luck or bad luck. Why is one person always in the "right place" at the "right time" and another exactly the other way around.

There is only one answer to this and that is to dig into your subconscious, because if you do everything subconsciously, then the answer will lie there somewhere. But how do you get into your subconscious? The easiest way is with hypnosis.

In hypnosis, you access your unconscious...

And can find the answers that are right there in front of you. The beauty is that you don't even have to consciously know them.

This is because when you can find more ways to do the same thing, you will always do the best way available at the time. Let me give you an example.

For example, if you want to make money and you just can't get it done, it's not just because of your intelligence or your actions. How do you think about money and how do you feel about it? Imagine you are thinking:

'Money is the root of all evil and should be abolished...'

That's an unconscious belief, so your unconscious then doesn't want you to make money at all because then you aregood-bad a part of "Evil. Do you understand how that works?

Your unconscious is doing things for you out of good intentions, but do you know this saying?

'The road to hell is paved with good intentions'

So the intent and intention may be fine, but the resulting behavior not at all. A killer will have a good intention for himself somewhere. He may want to feel more like a man, feel self-worth, and to create that self-worth for himself he is going to murder an innocent person.

The behavior to gain self-esteem we disapprove and punish the man of course. But you can understand that the man wants more self-esteem only the way he does it is not right.

I give you this extreme example just to show you that your unconscious has a good intention, only that it expresses itself in different ways. That's why you experience problems, only that they probably stem from a need, a good intention.

When you can connect with your unconscious then you can generate truly effective and lasting change in yourself and others. We then work with ideomotor signals (unconscious signals) and create a yes signal and a no signal. You can then ask your unconscious for anything and it will then help you with your obstacle.

That's why I created an MP3 for you where you can start doing that to yourself. You can download it from the link below.

But are the signals really unconscious?

Now this can indeed be quite tricky, and are the signals right. Are you doing it consciously or really unconsciously. On October 5, Bob Burns is coming to the Netherlands and Bob has found a unique way to work with ideomotor signals. He has come up with "The Swan," a great way to work with the unconscious.

When you want to learn this go here. The workshop is open to everyone and now there is an interesting early-bird discount.

Below you can see a video of Bob where he works with someone. It may look separate but it works super! Go here soon for the workshop
