What is your goal this year?

Goal settingFirst of all, have a crazy 2012! What will be your goal this year? Maybe you want to make more money or maybe your goal is not to smoke anymore? I would like to know because often goals invariably end in failure for most people. Not because they are not good goals, but because they are set incorrectly.

Goal setting

How should you set a goal? First, it is important to set your goal in a positive way. That means, therefore, don't set 'eat less' as a goal, because you'll still have your attention on food. Similarly, 'not smoking' is not really a useful goal because then you also have your attention on smoking....Cigarette

I myself know all about this because I tried dozens of times to quit smoking. It became different when I formulated it positively because not smoking makes it difficult to break free from it. Often then that resolution goes up in smoke.

Your subconscious doesn ' t hear the word. That's because you have to understand what it says anyway. So when I ask you, "Don't think about good food...," what do you think about?

Well and then that's part of the problem. Most people know exactly what they don't want and then always get what they don't want. That's because they always have their attention on what they don't want. To understand the phrase "don't think about good food," you have to think about good food. There is no other way, otherwise you won't understand what it says.

In my practice, I see daily that people know exactly what they don't want. It is sometimes hilarious how strongly people cling to that and struggle to know what they do want. Once they know that, 50% is won.

After all, how do you set a goal

You pose it positively, that is, in terms of what you do want. You want to live healthier, eat healthier, breathe more freely, have fresh breath, more clients this year, or whatever it is that you do want.

You set it so that it is easy to achieve. Especially with short-term goals, it's important to do it in small steps. Want to quit smoking? Then start smoking less. One less cigarette a week and build off. That way you avoid failure. Of course, you can also do a hypnosis session to get rid of it immediately of course ;-)

When you want to start exercising start with once a week, for example. If that succeeds then build it up. If not, the step was still too big and build it up even more. For example, once every two weeks. You have to believe it is achievable, otherwise it will never work.

Then, of course, you need to take action and track whether you are getting closer to your goal or not. This is very important because then you can be sure that you are going to reach your goal. This is what you do with short-term goals.

Long-term goals are set very differently. When you want to start setting life goals it is better to do it differently. Think about what you would like and feel how that feels. That feeling should then be your guide in every decision to achieve the goal you set. The funny thing is that you then no longer have a goal but start enjoying the road to it.... And isn't that more important?

My Goal: go into business

This year I'm going to help more people get into business. It is becoming increasingly important that you choose for yourself and start breaking free from your job. There is no more security, only the security you can give yourself. Entrepreneurship can allow you to make your life more your own.

It starts with a webinar this Thursday where I'm going to teach you how to do it with tips that are going to make sure you can get started right away too. It's one of my passions and it's an amazing feeling when it works. And it can succeed when you do the steps I'm going to tell you.

That's my goal for the coming year. Getting more people to discover that entrepreneurship is easy and simple to achieve. If I can do it, anyone can. Of course you have to do something, but if you do the right thing right away, you won't fall into the pitfalls I did. In fact, you can set up a business running in just a few days. More on that later.

Wishing you an insanely insightful new year! Beautiful word: entrepreneurship and explainable in many ways. My goal for the coming year is literally : entrepreneurship! To start a business together with my girlfriend. And if I may say so: the timing in this year could not be better. We get confirmation of this everywhere, in reallife as well as in the media. I also have the strong desire to go into business, and for that to happen, I need to lovingly say goodbye to my work that I had chosen because it fulfilled a value for me. Now that I am able to give myself that value nothing stands in the way of me winding down and going into business to do what I feel more comfortable with....

First of all, I wish you an inspiring New Year!!! My goal for this year is to start my own business that makes people aware of behaviors and how it is that they behave the way they do. It's time to let go of all the old things and look at new insights. Above all, I want to undertake only those things that feel right.

I am actually left with a question in that regard.... As for shielding... I don't understand that 100%, because I am someone who sees AND who feels.... To give an example: I see someone's look or someone's face or someone's behavior and I feel more or less changes or concerns or that something is not quite right or ... Okay, those are interpretations, but interpretations in themselves are there to be questioned. And then when I do this with those people, it's usually correct. I teach and I have one class there, man.... I teach a subject there that nobody likes and it's each other year, but usually I can still bring the "shwung" into it. With this class, I just lack energy. I have a hard time when lln "reject" me and I can hardly shield myself from it because I see it, I feel it, I can ask and then I hear it, because today's lln have their "words on their lips". Fortunately, there are more lln and classes who don't reject me than there are who do reject me, but on that front, how do you prevent yourself from not "seeing" and then not "feeling" it.... There is not a single lk who likes to teach there for the same reasons, but I am the one especially who feels and blocks and has to constantly pump my energy after I get out there.... Just because I see, feel, pick up from.... and the unfortunate thing is, I focus so much on that that the "counterbalance" of the few positive-minded lln in that class can't "get through".... because in "presence" they also can't come to the fore for the sake of those others who always come to the fore negatively.

Ah, and by the way. to everyone a healthy and restful New Year! ;-) As far as my other classes and lln are concerned, I am anything but negative and low energy!!! ;-) Seeing, feeling, sensing well is usually my big plus in teaching!!!

Feelings are often neglected—why is that? Our feelings are guided by the cosmos, but the energy points are blocked, so no feeling can flow in or out; in other words, people have forgotten how.If people could organize them the way you say, the problem would be solved, but unfortunately, that’s not how it works. That’s why we offer holistic therapy, and together we see that this alone brings great relief. We wish you all the best.

Hi Edwin, cool 2nd tutorial! I have tried it several times now, what strikes me is that everyone feels okay after such a session, but whether any real changes have been made in the unconscious remains unclear. Even when I ask for feedback when hypnotizing acquaintances, the end result remains a bit vague. Does this remain so or have they not yet gone deep enough into trance. Or should you repeat the treatment for optimal results? Kind regards, Riko

Also, as a hypnotist, can you put someone under hypnosis at any time without verbal communication and without the person in question being aware?
