A Traumatic Experience became the

What had I done now. Dragged myself into a bet that I wouldn't be able to win, but yes I wanted to be tough. Did I want this to turn into a traumatic experience? No, I wanted to show that I was somebody and not a loser. Together with a friend we went for it, but it went a little differently.

Traumatic experience

That so-called friend dropped out and didn't dare anyway. We were going to have a dance battle against 2 other guys from the neighborhood. Those boys were quite popular and we (14 years old) wanted to too. When he dropped out I was suddenly faced with a problem. I could never compete against them on my own.

So I stepped up to them and told them it was off. They were not happy about that, to say the least, and started swearing. Fine, I walked away. At the fair, however, things escalated and they had gathered more than 20 people to teach me a lesson.

Near my home, I was met and surrounded. What are you going to do against more than 20 people by yourself? Not much, just hope you come out in one piece. They made me dance and I was incredibly humiliated by them. That's how it felt at that moment. Not a popular boy at that time, certainly not. No, a very little boy who was very scared.

That moment weighed on me for years and caused me to lose spontaneity. On that night, that was taken from me. And that's how it goes sometimes. Maybe you too have had those experiences that are still weighing on you and controlling your life. You may make them bigger than they are or they may be very big.

This incident dominated my life for years to the point where I found out that I kept making it important myself. I did that myself. Some guys who did that at the time didn't even remember that whole incident 10 years later, while it was still an issue for me. I couldn't understand that until I discovered that you can modify those images.

Fortunately, you have the power to modify those images yourself. If I had known that earlier, that whole incident would have been immediately meaningless. I would have erased it immediately that night and been done with it. If only I knew then how.

Now I know and am helping lots of people do the same. Sometimes it takes some searching for the "switch" butTraumatic experience resolution when you find it, you flip it in no time. The search, however, requires thorough training such as the hypnotherapy practitioner, where you already discover the basics of change. In the hypnotherapy master it goes even further because there you discover how to clear the emotions.

Fortunately, I have long since given that situation a place and it no longer does anything for me. The situation is a small black and white photo in a photo book somewhere in a closet among a thousand other photo books of memories. Unfortunately, all those photo books look alike so I have a very hard time retrieving it ;-)

You too can do the same with your traumatic experience. Sometimes it is enough to make the image black and white and push it away. It can already make a huge difference for you. I hope so, because I also grant you all freedom, just as I grant myself!

I’m certain that we’ve all gone through a traumatic experience. I’m convinced that you can erase this through NLP.
