Why? Because of the color.

The color you see has to do with one thing....
Pascal saw this dress and saw it in white-gold, but when he showed it to his wife, she saw it very differently.
He lay awake nights thinking about it.
Why. He was a neuroscientist and didn't understand this. For example, in other image like the one on the right, you see a duck and
Or this image below - do you see red strawberries? Sure you do and yet there is not a single red pixel in the image. Because it is overexposed and your brain recognizes strawberries in it it colors them red.
As it turns out.
Among the people who see golden-white who are more exposed to daylight. They often work outside or are often outside. And among the people who see black and blue who are more exposed to artificial light. Those often work in an office or are inside a lot under artificial light or work a lot with computers.
That's the only variable he found.
I asked my followers what their children saw and below you can see the results.
Why more kids are seeing blue-black?
Now you know why. Artificial light. They're on screens a lot more than we are these days....
So look out a little more and the dress changes color :-)
