Self-hypnosis to quit smoking

When you want to quit smoking, it's good to start doing certain things. At least if you want to start doing it effortlessly and not run everything by willpower. Anyone who smokes knows how hard it is to quit smoking. That's why I made a video for you with a good tip.

Thanks for the tip, Edwin! After not smoking for 4 years, I lit up a cigarette again while out on the town one night. You know how it is—just for “fun.” But I couldn’t stop at just one, and four months later I was already smoking about 12 cigarettes a day again—even one right after waking up. I was so done with it that I started looking for a solution to kick the habit once and for all—and that’s when I came across your video. I followed the tip while smoking my last cigarette in front of the mirror—a sight I’d actually always tried to hide from myself a little. I know it’s ridiculous and stupid. It works! I magnified all the bad feelings and took a good, hard look at myself in the mirror. Now it’s over! I also made a list of the pros and cons of smoking. I realized that, in terms of lost time multiplied by what I earn on average per hour, I’m throwing away a lot if I keep smoking. Let’s say two nice cars that have been on my “I’d love to have someday” list for a long time. That seems like a great goal! But of course, health and independence from that stupid cigarette are at the top of the list. What a feeling of freedom now that I no longer let my day be dictated by that stinking cigarette :) I hope this helps others, too! Edwin, thanks!
