Bringing yourself under hypnosis

Many people want to learn to bring themselves under hypnosis. You probably also want to learn to bring yourself under hypnosis, but how do you do it? In fact, putting yourself under hypnosis can be very valuable.

Bringing yourself under hypnosis

Did you know that you go into hypnosis as many as 1,000 times a day? In fact, hypnosis is nothing more and, of course, nothing less than a reduction in brain activity. It is a state of relaxation and focus.

Have you ever:

  • Drove in the car and suddenly thought, "Am I driving here again?
  • Were so immersed in a book that you couldn't hear anything around you?
  • That in a movie you feel the emotions of the actors?

In those moments, you go into a state of hypnosis and so it is very natural. Children are naturally even more likely to be in hypnosis because they still have a lot of new things to learn. Hypnosis is therefore also called the ultimate learning state.

So you already put yourself into hypnosis quite often just not consciously and you may want to learn to do so. This is because it allows you to reach your goals and solve your problems faster. I also often call it "the highway to yourself.

We all have a desire within ourselves to truly be ourselves. To be free of obstacles, to be free of problems, to really just do what you want and not what someone else would like you to do. In fact, I had that too.

I myself neglected myself for many years and paid the price. The price was depression, anxiety and futility. The idea that it was all gone.

Self-hypnosis

That way, you can also bring yourself under hypnosis, of course. By constantly telling yourself that it's all very bad. Many people do that and maybe you do too. I have chosen to stop doing that and constructively hypnotize myself to success. Success with my children, with my partner, with my business and with my health.

If you too choose to start programming yourself toward success in 2013, here are some tips:

  • See yourself as successful right now. Create an image with it, hear sounds with it and feel the success. This is how you program in your brain a route to success. At some point your brain will recognize the route and it will automatically
  • Go into business and start for yourself. You don't have to quit your job but get extra income. There are a lot of ways to do this and sit down for that.
  • Take a self-hypnosis course to learn to use your brain well and put yourself on the highway to success
  • Get started with personal development by reading more, exercising more, and maybe doing a training course to help people with problems and turn it into a business. That way you'll kill 2 birds with one stone 😉

Whatever you're going to do, start now. Now is the time to leave the past and start programming the future. You can do that right now. Go for it!!! And leave a comment on what you will do, I would appreciate it.

Hey Edwin, it’s great to read your post, man! It really resonates with me, too! I’ve also struggled with anxiety and depression in the past. Very positive post. I’ve got my life pretty much in order myself. I’m married to a lovely woman. I have a wonderful son. I work out regularly. The only thing is, I still smoke. It’s really hard to quit, but I’m working on it. Financially, things are a bit tough right now because my wife isn’t working. And when you have to live on a salary, it’s not easy as a driver. Also, my wife is from Indonesia, and getting her a Dutch passport involves a lot of expenses. I’d love to do something extra on the side to earn some extra money, but that’s hard without a financial safety net, so to speak. I do think about it a lot—how to do it. I think “way of thinking” is a beautiful and positive concept, and I definitely believe you can improve yourself through hypnosis, positive thinking, or simply by taking a good look at yourself or listening to yourself. I try to stay positive and improve myself every day. I’m already doing pretty well with that. And the last few little things will work out too. I’m that positive. Anyway, I just wanted to post this as a comment. Keep up the good work. And I hope you like my comment. Best regards, Hans de Gooijer

Positive thinking definitely helps you feel good. Even if people are sometimes critical of you, you need to go back to your own positive thoughts and victories. Putting yourself under hypnosis sounds nice, but does it work?

I must say that I am disappointed with this explanation mainly because I wanted to know how to bring myself under hypnosis. Just some positive thoughts does not put me in a state of hypnosis to start finding studying easier, for example.
