What you're missing from a Regression Therapy course

There are some things that I think you should definitely not miss in a Regression Therapy training program. In fact, there are still some things that do matter namely when you decide to attend a regression therapy training program.

Regression Therapy Training

Most importantly though, you must have and want to achieve a goal for your client. Where results are very important and that you are keen on wanting to achieve them.

The results include gaining understanding and insights from those you treat. Not necessarily for yourself, but for the other person. The emotional level is also certainly very important. It provides the person with inner calm, self-acceptance and self-confidence.This is sometimes overlooked, but emotion is the catalyst of our behavior.

What is also important is learning to better understand, manage and/or express emotions. In addition, having empathy is very important. Not all problems are substantive. I've had people I thought "Does that really exist? And yes they really did have a phobia of a clown or a button.

When you can understand that and look more at the process and get in touch with that, you understand how a person ticks inside. How the brain fires certain neurons and why. You have to have that understanding or your results will be questionable.

What else is important in a regression therapy course

Teaching yourself positive emotions is important, helping you better enjoy the things in your life. The body is also an important part of restoring energy and resilience, reducing hypersensitivities and physical complaints with no medical explanation. In fact, it works very well with psychosomatic complaints (physical complaints with a psychological cause).

So these are certainly important features that are certainly indispensable in Regression Therapy training. Regression means going back in time. In regression therapy we look for the origin of a complaint or problem. Often, as a client yourself, you don't remember exactly where a problem, a quirk or a fixed belief came from.

This makes sense because it has become an unconsciously automatic program. The origin is hidden underneath and can often only be brought to the surface with hypnosis. If you don't track it down, it often remains dormant.

So in Regression Therapy, you relive past experiences. In doing so, you stay with your full consciousness. Although forgotten experiences or emotions may surface in a session, at the same time you are aware that the experience is now over. Hypnosis is an essential part of this.

After all, when you go into hypnosis you make contact with your unconscious. Therefore, Regression Therapy obviously includes hypnosis. When you go into hypnosis you make contact with your unconscious. You can then detect the unconscious program that is running in the background. And that is very valuable.

What are your unconscious programs?

You can track them down by asking yourself. Questions like:

  • What does this behavior get me?
  • Why does this benefit me
  • Why do I need it?
  • What do I believe in this?
  • What is important to me about this?

These are really tough questions but they do track down the unconscious program you may be stuck with. Then when you have found it and also the memory attached to it, you can change it.

You don't have to change the content, but you can change the way you experience that memory. After all, that's when everything changes.

What you should also be sure to check out

Also look at what regression training meets ? Are they also registered with the BATC: Foundation Interest Association Therapist and Consumer? This was specially founded, with the aim of creating unity and increasing quality within nature-oriented care.

In a short time, BATC joined the forces of dozens of naturopathic therapists, fighting for the interests of both therapists and consumers .Also the VBAG : Association for the Promotion of Alternative Medicine.

This VBAG is a professional association. Also see for yourself if there are any comments about Regression Therapy from a guestbook . Or what responses there are about Regression Therapy. Also definitely important to know. So pay special attention to the things that are definitely not misable in Regression Therapy training.

And in doing so, make a choice what you feel gives you the best in everything total to do your training as a Regression Therapist or to do a session in Regression Therapy once. I say back to the future or just back to the future 😉
