Maarten van der Weijden doesn't track and is super fit

Watch out, don't move too much!

Yes, there it is again. Don't move around too much today though. It's kind of hot.

So what is this guy Martin doing in the water? He's swimming 200 km against the warnings. Then again, he is not well.

And superfit...

Well that's it today. You are not right in the head if you are super fit, look tight and work extremely hard for it. That you don't drink alcohol, stay with your partner and have fun at work.

Totally deranged you are then!

It's all over the place these days. My construction colleague said it in the '90s, "Ed, you used to have wooden boats and steel men, today you have steel boats and wooden men...

I don't know what he would say now, because not even a wooden man is anymore. We all go for the comfort zone and that is literally the deadzone for many people.

And now with this weather? Yes then you're not going to do anything. There is even a warning about it. Stay in that comfort zone with your pink cake. Don't seek resistance because imagine getting strong.

We can't have that, of course.

An interesting hypnosis if you ask me. We grow by pushing the boundaries of the comfort zone and getting out of it once in a while. If we stay in it, we literally die.

You have to keep growing. That's nature. And I don't mean that literally, because these days everyone is just about overweight. More really growing as a human being.

These days things are just too easy. Groceries are delivered and if you're not careful you don't even have to get off the couch so instantly and it's shoved right into your mouth.

Seems wonderful, is deadly.

We now literally have more weak people than strong people. More sick people than healthy people. So now if you're going to say 'Just act normal and you'll be crazy enough, that's right'

Ordinary is now sick, weak and overweight. And that is indeed crazy.

Congratulations Martin!
