Joker. The movie. Everyone has their story...

Everyone has their story.

Yesterday I saw "Joker. One of the best movies I've ever seen. Now of course that is an opinion, so you may think differently.

I liked it a lot. Why? The story

Joker, a rock solid movie

Without spoiling everything, I found it fascinating to find that you can be sympathetic to a madman. Because that's what it is. And yet you could sympathize with it.

I found that theme interesting. It's like that in real life, too. Everyone has their story. Not that it's an excuse, but some kind of reason. You can understand it.

Such is the story of Hugo Broers, a penciler from Amsterdam. Systematically beaten up by his father for years until he caught him back at 13. That was the beginning of his penoze career.

When the interviewer asked, "Would you have done this work if you hadn't been beaten up by your father in the past?

'No,' was the simple but also interesting answer. Interesting because it is one of the biggest crooks in Dutch crook history.

Hugo himself responded to this in his own unique way as you can see below.

Joker is also that kind of story. The story of how someone can completely snap. Now thankfully, that's not the case with many people, but it comes through in the story.

That that story comes to such a result is understandable, but imagine if that story wasn't there at all. Then even Joker would have become a fine guest....

But yes, the story created something else. And that story consists of facts, but mostly about how to deal with those facts. That, after all, is the story.

Fortunately, you can change your story so that the outcome becomes different in your life. Not always easy, but it is doable.
