Hypnotherapy during pregnancy

Hypnotherapy during pregnancy can work very well to combat nausea. Especially the first 3 months can be very intense, and for some women it lasts even longer. The last month can also bring many symptoms. Self-hypnosis can then be a good solution.

Hypnotherapy and Pregnancy

When you are pregnant a lot of things happen. I myself have never experienced it, but have seen it up close several times because I have 4 children. In addition, I also have 2 nephews and a niece and I have also experienced those pregnancies up close.

All these pregnancies were very different and especially with my sister-in-law they caused quite a few symptoms. Many women experience symptoms even after pregnancy. Misunderstood complaints such as pelvic instability but also fatigue and sometimes even depressive symptoms.

Hypnotherapy can provide a solution in these types of cases to be supportive during pregnancy and beyond. But not only that. Hypnosis can also work very well during birth.

Hypnosis and childbirth

Hypnosis puts you in a state of relaxation and focus. Especially when you go into deep hypnosis such as somnambulism you can eliminate the pain of childbirth.

In an even deeper state, the hypnotic coma, you can even give birth smiling. To most women, this may sound like a miracle or even impossible to the point of ridiculous, but it is indeed possible.

In the 1960s, many women gave birth to their babies this way. Painless and in a fairly short time they were able to give birth in hypnosis without many complications (on average). Much less than normal because in hypnosis the body cooperates very well.

You also gain much more control as a woman. The contractions that do go, you don't have to do anything for that. All you have to do as a woman is to go along with the contraction, but that is easier said than done. In hypnosis it is easier because you feel no pain. Your body does it by itself and the delivery goes smoothly and quietly in hypnosis.

Every midwife should actually learn this and for those people I have also developed a training especially for them. If you are interested in this, please contact our institute.

If you want to use hypnosis yourself to give birth painlessly, it's good to know that you can learn. With us you can learn that and when you want then you can make an appointment.

I hope more and more women will choose this because anesthesia is often not convenient. It seems that children born with anesthesia are more susceptible to addictions later on. At least I have become one ...

With hypnosis, that chance is exactly zero so take advantage of it.
