The hypnosis training was very engaging....
My journey with hypnosis training was very fascinating, definitely exciting at first, I had all the preconceptions like a lot of people who don't know exactly what hypnosis actually is.
I found out that I actually gained much more control over my body and my life, that hypnosis is a wonderful deep relaxation just like in a meditation, and I was amazed at all the possibilities that hypnotherapy offers!

Things really do change during training....
Despite the fact that the training ran on weekends and I normally work five days a week, the training was not really stressful, I always enjoyed going to it, also because of the wonderful fellow students. This way of learning and practicing also ensures that within the group of students a very strong mutual bond is created without exception, and that strengthens yourself in the results achieved in the exercises.
