With hypnosis simply forget about your problem

Hypnosis can be used in many ways. You can use it as entertainment to entertain people, and unfortunately you see that side far too often on TV. However, you can do much more with hypnosis. For example, you can simply forget your problems and make a leap in your personal development

Hypnosis to remember

You can remember many things with hypnosis. In fact, everything is stored in your subconscious mind. You can bring that back to the surface through hypnosis and hypnotherapy. We call this phenomenon hypermnesia. You can then remember everything in detail again and we can use regression for that.

Regression means going back, and you can then go to a memory from the past, for example, and recall those details all over again. That can sometimes be very enlightening. The moment clients of mine remember some things again they get going and do much of the therapy themselves and that can be very valuable.

Hypnosis and Amnesia

What is also a possibility is to let the client forget everything. Now this is not my way of doing therapy, but it can be done. Some things are simply worth forgetting.

Forgetting is different from suppressing. Then you do know that something is there, only you are putting it away and using Hypnosis and amnesiaenergy to put it away. When you forget, you don't use any energy at all to maintain that problem, because you don't even know what problem it is.

This can also be a very interesting approach, and this entrance often meets with questions. Many people wonder if you shouldn't live through or feel the emotion. Surely it is a sign from your body and you can't just forget about it, can you? That emotion is an energy and you have to transform it, right?

Such questions often stem from a conditioning from mainstream care that says you have to name the problem, feel it and figure out where it comes from. The latter is already being questioned because memories are often faulty. After all, as humans we have the quality of distorting our memories. So you may wonder if what you think about your past is all true. Probably not.

If it feels good, fine. If it doesn't feel right, realize that it may be a distortion of the facts. What you think is true can easily not be true at all. So the emotion you feel about it can easily be a mistake because you have distorted the facts. The emotion itself is then a mistake and can simply be forgotten.

With hypnosis, we can transform that emotion to the point where you simply forget about it. Of course, you really do know how it felt, but only rationally. For the feeling itself is gone. Forgotten by your subconscious. Consciously you still know you had it, but unconsciously you don't.

This type of hypnotherapy can be very beneficial and super powerful. In deep hypnosis, you can then truly release emotions without feeling them. In the master practitioner, for example, we cover this phenomenon and you discover the techniques for it.

I myself have already treated hundreds of people this way now and the results are amazingly effective. Some people have really completely forgotten what problem they had. And now think back to yourself. You don't remember a lot of problems from the past either so why not start forgetting now....
