Hypnosis and the Hypnotic Laws of the Bible and Faith

Hypnosis has unpleasant meanings for many beliefs. For example, it would invoke spirits that are not pure and you would open yourself up to the will of evil. It is even described in the Bible that it would do evil or is there something else in that Bible....

History of the Bible

The Bible, according to a lot of people, is the word of God. I too was raised to believe that the Bible contains the truth and is the way to live by. When you look at and study all the books it does contain very interesting things.

The people who really study the Bible are the Jehovahs. Whatever you think of them, Bible knowledge they have. No other faith knows as much about the Bible and its history as the Jehovahs. Now that is also one of the few positive things I get out of that, but that aside.

Every month they come here faithfully and I have great respect for them. If I had that passion and fanaticism for my own business, I'd be a lot bigger already I sometimes think. Imagine the 100 people you ring your doorbell with, 100 of them slam the door and often scold you. And then just keep going. I can admire that.

Then again, we often talk about the Bible and what it says. They claim to know who constructed that Bible and that's what we're talking about. 400 years after Christ, you had Emperor Constantine. The Roman Emperor wanted to create a new faith so he would have more power over the people. He wanted to bring the pagans and the Christians together (in fact, almost all the people were).

The pagans had a holiday season and it began 0p December 25 and lasted 12 days, the festival of yule. In fact, December 25 is a day when you can measurably notice that the days are getting longer. The church wanted to quell that celebration. Constantine, however, did that perfectly. In fact, Jesus seems to have been born on July 3, and Constantine then made that birth coincide with the beginning of the Feast of Joel. That way everyone was happy.

Now I'm not sure about that myself because who knows exactly what happened 1,600 years later. For me, the Bible has very interesting passages and stories and I take those out. The rest has little value to me personally.

Furthermore, many books also seem to have been burned and some found last century. The other books that had disappeared include the Gospel of Thomas and Judas, which states that Judas was not a traitor, but rather was appointed by Jesus to help him toward enlightenment.

Indeed, he knew he would obtain it by becoming detached from his body, and Judas was appointed because Jesus felt he was the most suitable. He also said to him "Do realize that if you help me you will not come out of it well. He gladly helped Jesus of course and the rest is history. Judas is still seen as a traitor and certainly not Jesus' greatest friend.

An interesting idea, right?

Hypnosis and the Bible

I do occasionally get emails from people who say hypnosis is something of the devil. They then quote texts from the Bible that would claim that.

One of those 66 books "Deuteronomy verse 18" contains the following texts that have often been sent to me via email:

  1. Among you will not be found, who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, who deals with divination, a diviner, or who heeds bird cries, or sorcerer.
  2. Or a conjurer, dealing with incantation, or asking a fortune-telling spirit, or a devil's advocate, or asking the dead.
  3. For all who do these things are an abomination to the Lord; and for these abominations the Lord your God drives them out of the possession before you.

In addition, you will also find these texts in the book of Leviticus verse 19:31:

"Thou shalt not turn to the soothsayers, and to the devil's artists; seek them not, thou with them polluting; I am the Lord thy God!

And so are a number of others. So hypnosis is seen as occult and divination. It is not that at all and there is nowhere in the Bible that it should not be. Hypnotists are not devil worshipers, they are human helpers and in my opinion that is fine.

Hypnosis as a tool

Hypnosis is strange, of course, and especially when you see it on TV. You have to know that those people are all selected and willing to cooperate. Furthermore, it is good to realize that faith also uses hypnotic principles.

It seems that Constantine understood this well and realized that if there was a God and if you could influence it then you could take power over the people. He probably saw this well because after all these years Rome still has power over nearly a billion people and perhaps more.

The question is very simple "Will you take your power back or will you continue to give your power away to the Emperor of Rome...
