How to process trauma

How to process and treat trauma. One of the techniques with us in training is the systemic voice regression, also called the regression 2.0 with us. It is a technique that allows trauma to be resolved for good.

How that technology does it? Very simple. By using the same strategy that animals do.

How to resolve trauma.

Have you ever seen an animal process and resolve a trauma? The animal does that by vibrating it out. By vibrating out the "freeze response," so to speak. It has been frozen, by playing dead, and now it shakes itself free.

Just briefly. Anyway, if you have a shit childhood and you've frozen yourself as it were, there's no point in shaking it out. You still live in that environment and then when you're out of that environment after years, you've forgotten that it's a possibility.

You then think you are like this and that's how it is. You probably also forget when exactly that started. Especially if you were under five at the time, because what do you remember about that time?

So how do you process trauma?

So what do we do with this form of regression? We go back to the very first moment the problem arose. Consciously you don't know, but unconsciously of course you do. And that's where we get you out of that "freeze. You shake it off.

In fact, your body also stores that trauma, so we use that to release it. When that's done, it's gone.

That's why it works so fast. Animals don't have to spend years in a support group either, and we are simply animals too. If you use the same strategy as an animal you can be relieved of trauma in one (few) session(s).
