Dispel negative suggestions with NLP

Positive thinking
There’s a fun method in NLP for turning negative thoughts around. There are several, but I’m going to share one that I think is really hilarious. It’s called the “Bill Clinton Technique”... You know what I mean, right?

Everyone has negative thoughts from time to time. Well, everyone, most people. There are very few people who always, everywhere and with everyone feel good and have a positive mindset. Of course, they are there. They even stand out. Crazy really, when you think about it. In essence, the negative people should stand out, don't you think?

Positive thoughts

It is important for your health to think positively more often. Although it's not scientifically proven, I definitely take it for granted. I think positively. They will probably find out sometime that it does work after all.

In addition, thoughts are energy. They influence matter. Your body is co-created by your thinking. Indeed, one is not separate from the other. So wouldn't it be better to be a little more positive?

I think so

That's why I started doing more hypnosis. With hypnosis, you can address those programs in your subconscious that are not helping you move forward. Those crazy little voices that hinder you. They can drive you crazy, and they can be tackled.

There are several ways but in this article I will discuss one. A super technique. Simple but so effective.

Want to know who?

Well here he comes. He's called the Bill Clinton technique...

Yes, indeed, that really is his name. He goes like this:

Do you know someone in your life who lies? Someone who when they say something to you, doesn't believe you at all? You just know he or she is lying? Can you see that person in front of you? It really must be someone you don't believe. Otherwise, take Bill ... did you believe him when he said, 'I did not have any ...' Exactly ....

Prima.

Now take for a moment that voice in your head (the thought...). Do you ever say to yourself, "I can't do it" or "I'm not good enough. Yes? Or something else inspiring?

Now let that negative suggestion ring out of the mouth of the pathological liar you know. Do you believe him?

Of course not. Repeat this 5-8 times and now ask yourself if YOU still believe it....

Probably the suggestion tacked on. You can do this with any negative suggestion that is holding you back and thus improve your life in a lot of ways. As I do with Hypnosis and hypnotherapy, you can do with this suggestion.

What is your method?

Hi, First of all, I find it hard to tell the difference between “not feeling like” (doing the dishes, for example) and a truly negative thought: “Oh no, I have to go to a birthday party soon. I hope I know what to say. I hope I don’t feel alone there.” Meanwhile, plenty of other people actually look forward to a birthday party—chatting idly and getting tipsy. Often, people don’t even realize they have nothing to say to the other person. There are a lot of things I can already manage rationally—you’ve been through them before, you know you can handle the challenges. Almost gasping from the negative excitement (I believe psychologists call that “exposure”). You know that your fears and negative thoughts are rooted in past experiences and behaviors, and yet those underlying thoughts persist. “You can physically quit smoking, but as long as you don’t change or remove the synapses in your brain, you’ll keep fighting the urge to smoke for the rest of your life,” as Roy Martina also points out. And that’s why I’m very curious about the possibilities of hypnosis—letting the conscious mind address the subconscious. It seems to be less effective for ADHD, though.

A great idea, especially since it also has a touch of humor... Maybe you could then use a sort of “Obama technique”—“Yes You Can”—to immediately replace it with a positive suggestion..... :) Of course, you can do this with any person you find convincing, genuine, and inspiring....

When I think I can't do something or think I can't handle a situation I visualize writing this on a piece of paper, taking it in my left hand and burning it. I do that a few times a day until I start to forget. Be careful not to burn your fingers though ;-)
