Did you know that you have four bodies?

We have four bodies. Four bodies? Well, you could look at it that way. Some people even say we have as many as seven bodies; most think of only one body.

And then you have people who think we don't have a body, only a head. The "I think, therefore I am" people. Anyway, I'll elaborate on that another time

Four Bodies

Personally, I work with the idea of the four bodies. You have a physical body, a mental body, an emotional body and a spiritual body. The doctor, for example, works with the physical body. But takes little to no account of what you believe, feel or what spiritual meaning an illness has.

Everything affects each other. When you eat 5 pink cakes every day it affects your physical body. But also on your emotions and mental state. You can get depressed from all those sugars and also addicted, for example. You can get really depressed because you are putting the wrong things into your body.

If you are going to replace every pink cake with 100 grams of spinach and thus eat 500 grams of spinach every day, then obviously all those bodies will be affected and the depression will suddenly disappear like snow in the sun.

Working out hard, eating lots of green leaves and getting eight hours of sleep often solves 80% of all your problems. All physical solutions.

Personally, I am a fan of hypnotherapy because it addresses the mental-emotional side. When you resolve emotional traumas, you see it directly in the physical body. Literally sometimes.

For example, I had a lady who had inflammation all over her body due to an autoimmune disease freed from it with one regression.

A week after the session, all the inflammation was gone because the emotional trauma was gone. People think that's a miracle, but just don't understand that all those bodies are essentially one. What you think and believe so your body and your emotions respond.

And from which side will you approach it? You can also approach it energetically, only often that is a bit slower in my experience. Tackle two bodies at once as with hypnosis that often has faster and greater effect.

So look at yourself this way now:

  1. Are you eating right, sleeping right and working out right?
  2. Are any emotions or traumas still bothering you?
  3. Do you believe the right things about yourself or are there negative beliefs?
  4. What significance do the above things have?

If you explore that then you will find that if you grab two bodies right away that the rest will go with you. Hypnosis is a very good way to do that. Check it out here.
