The Fastest Way to Hypnotize
Learn hypnotism fast
The questions are basically, "What is hypnosis?" and "When are you in hypnosis?
Those questions every hypnotist (hypnotherapist) answers differently. So the answer from me, will be different from the answer from the hypnotherapist on the corner. However, I see it quite simple where most get very complicated about it.
Hypnosis = Trance = An everyday phenomenon
That's it. There are no more flavors for me. Of course you have degrees of depth, but even that should not be confused with "being completely gone" or "not knowing anything anymore" or anything like that. That doesn't happen and has nothing to do with "depth.
The next question then is "What is the difference between deep and light hypnosis?
For me, that's whether you can do different hypnotic phenomena. There are tests you can do and with those you can determine if someone is in "deep" hypnosis or not. Again, it has nothing to do with your feeling inside. You are just as clear and present as someone in a light trance, only you follow suggestions faster and more.
The tests that hypnotists perform also vary. My tests include levitation (making an arm rise), making a hand stick to a surface, forgetting a name, and then inducing a hallucination. To be able to do that, you need proper training, such as the Hypnosis Practitioner course.
There you will also learn, for example:
- The strategy to quit smoking
- The strategy to stop anxiety
- The strategy to stop all kinds of nasty habits
- NLP to the level of an NLP practitioner
- And much more in those 14 days....
Then again...it doesn't start until January 2013 (you also get the online hypnotherapy training as a bonus as well as the online NLP practitioner training).
Hypnosis is Easy
The issue people run into is that they start to see hypnosis as complicated. If you're going to do that, you really do need half an hour for an induction. My inductions don't take more than about 7 minutes, and if I do a quick induction on the street I'm done in 2-3 minutes.
Of course, this leaves you with much more time for the real thing. If you are doing therapy you can do much more in an hour when you drastically shorten the induction. You keep time yourself and if your rate is per session, then you also keep more.... Win-Win-Win and I like that.
Rapid Induction
How do you do a quick induction? It's pretty simple if you keep in mind a few principles. The one I work with a lot is confusion. When you are confused you are very susceptible to suggestions at that point.
Confusion is pretty easy to generate. Imagine you walk up to a salesperson and you call him by his name. At that moment, he (the seller) is momentarily confused. The first best suggestion is then accepted. Better still is to increase the confusion a little...and then a suggestion....
You'll be amazed at how quickly it can work. There are many different videos on youtube about rapid inductions and 30 minutes is really nonsense.
Good hypnosis training will help you discover how to hypnotize quickly. In fact, for me, hypnosis is not the goal, but a means to help people. I want to be ready in 30 minutes and then not have to start again.
Start experimenting with it and pay close attention to when you create confusion. You will find that people go into a trance much faster than 30 minutes. Guaranteed!
