Color Therapy

Color therapy can be very beneficial. If you consider that everything is made up of vibration and we also vibrate in a certain way you might also imagine that you can influence that. If you vibrate on a certain frequency and are having problems with that then colors can help you.

Color Therapy

Colors have beneficial effects. White, for example, has all the colors in it and black has none at all. People who wear a lot of black and suddenly start wearing only white for a few weeks will notice what a difference it has. At first they don't like it at all but after a few weeks they get used to it. Then when you start wearing black again you will notice a difference. Just do it.

We additionally distinguish many more colors. There are infinite colors but we distinguish them into 6 basic colors and they are:

  • Violet
  • Blue
  • Green
  • Yellow
  • Orange
  • Red

These colors have a certain frequency. Some colors have a short wave motion and vibrate very quickly (such as violet) and red vibrates more slowly and has a large wave motion.

Light, like sound, consists of waves. Visible light can be seen between when its wavelength is between 380 and 780 nanometers. This is incredibly small because one nanometer is 0.0000001 centimeters. Anything above that, like ultraviolet, or anything below that like infrared we can't see with the naked eye.

You can see the 6 colors below with their wavelengths

Color:Wavelength (in nanometers)
Violet380-420 nm
Blue420-490 nm
Green490-575 nm
Yellow575-585 nm
Orange585-650 nm
Red650-780 nm

You can see that the red color has a longer wavelength than orange or yellow. The vibration the colors have also resonate on different parts of the body. If you think of red and you allow that color into your body it will resonate with the lower part of your body and not necessarily your head.

Violet, on the other hand, resonates more with your head than with your lower body, for example. Different organs also resonate to different colors, and in color therapy they use the following colors for the following problems.

Coloring in problems

Red is used for people who have asthma or chronic cough, skin problems and to promote circulation. It is a very penetrating color and if you look at the chakra you can use that knowledge as well.Color Therapy

Orange is used to treat lethargy. Hardening and calcification can also be treated with it because orange warms. So with hypnosis, you can also use this perfectly to help people.

Yellow is used to treat basically all diseases of the lymphatic system. It is the brightest color available and also promotes metabolism.

Green is used in color therapy to treat whooping cough, bladder tumor (cyst), diabetes, arthritis or an eye ailment. It is also very conducive to detoxifying your body.

Blue is used to treat pain. If you realize that hypnotherapy is the most effective way to treat pain, then you can imagine if that includes using blue. After all, it has a cooling, calm and calming effect.

Violet is the highest perceptible vibration and is used to treat the spleen in color therapy.

In addition, color therapy treats many other problems, also looking at the associated chakra. There is also a lot of information there of what is needed for the client. In the video below I explain some more to you.

Color therapy and nutrition

For example, if you are "missing" a certain color, you can supplement it. For example, you can wear red clothing to become more active and grounded. You can also supplement it with food.

If you want more lust then you can supplement the orange color with carrots or wear orange clothing. Rabbits eat plenty of carrots for example 😉

There's still a lot to combine and that's a good thing to do if you want to start helping people effectively and truly. I'd love to hear how you do it and what you all put in. Leave a comment

I found your article on color therapy interesting. I am a color therapist myself, and I have been working with colors for over 15 years—exploring the meaning of color in general, how colors reveal everything about yourself, and how your choice of colors can reveal a lot about your soul. In fact, there are 12 colors: 3 primary, 3 secondary, and 6 tertiary colors. I hope many people will read your articles; I myself have written a number of articles about colors on the runningfox.nl website (an online magazine). Color therapy is a very broad topic.
