Can children easily enter hypnosis

Children can generally get into hypnosis easier than adults because they are still very open to learning new things. Their critical thinking is not yet very active. Here you can see a video in which I hypnotize my little son at lightning speed.

can you also hypnotize yourself and unwind yourself i sleep rather restlessly

Hi Johan, You can certainly do that with self-hypnosis. Then you can make yourself calmer and sleep well. What is important is to find out why you are restless. If you know that then you have a theme to work on in hypnosis.Good luck!

when I see you like this it seems very easy but it is very hard to be able to learn it isn't it?,surely there won't be a free class to be able to learn it.
