In an interesting session, I helped Joey with his eating habit. They call it selective eating disorder but I always think disorder sounds so heavy. Like something is "broken" or something. To me it is simply an unconscious automatic program that you can change so much.
It turned out to be a great item which you can see below.
The great thing is that anyone can learn this. Every student of mine sees immediately what I am doing even though there is a lot of cutting in the session. In fact, the session lasted about 45 minutes from the beginning of shaking hands to the end.
These are all principles I use that you can learn for yourself. I described them all in my book break free and also during the seminar we work with those principles and people experience the same breakthroughs that Joey did.
