Inducing hypnosis in seconds without induction

Hypnosis induction usually involves relaxing people. The client comes in and sits down in a lovely chair. He closes his eyes, the hypnotherapist begins to relax him and teach him to visualize properly. Some hypnotherapists use 3 sessions for this. Can't this be done faster? Maybe with automatic hypnosis.

Automatic Hypnosis

A new kind of hypnosis is emerging. Very many institutes do not yet work with this, but it is a groundbreaking concept. Is it new? Yes and no.

You could say it's not new at all, because when you generate hypnosis it happens automatically. So it's always there, only most hypnotherapists don't notice it or don't even know it's happening.

You could also say that it is new though, because when you start to realize that it has always been there, you can skip a lot of steps all at once. Let me explain.

Hypnosis often involves a number of steps. First, a person sits down (or stands up). The hypnotist takes attention, does a hypnotic induction such as a handshake interrupt you can see in the free training from me. And then he deepens the hypnosis and does all kinds of tests and shows that the person is in hypnosis.

You can think of tests such as levitation (hand automatically raised), hand sticking, name forgetting to induce a state of somnambulism or even hallucination.

Doing this type of hypnosis is often part of show hypnosis, but these tests are also used by good hypnotherapists to see if someone is following instructions. This is because it makes therapy more effective.

However, you can skip all these steps when you take advantage of the underlying principle that causes these phenomena. After all, what causes a hand to stick? Or that an arm goes up?

That's an interesting question and if you can answer it then you can also use that principle to speed up or even skip a lot of steps.

The power of the mind

We all have such a strong mind that we can imagine many things. That imagination causes us to automatically hypnotize ourselves. However, some things are not at all convenient to imagine, such as a fear. A fear is a typical example of false automatic hypnosis induced by imagination.

The concept of automatic hypnosis is very interesting and at the hypnosis event I demonstrated this form of hypnosis in the following way. Take a look at the video below

These kinds of techniques are very valuable also in therapy to persuade people. If you want to know more, you can always contact us. Experiment with this yourself and let me know!

I would actually like some more explanation because how do you do it because with myself it doesn't work or does it really have to with someone else. I haven't tried it with someone else yet.

It's all about activating the imagination and therefore it happens. When a person can imagine something well then it happens. It is also the case that the hypnotist is confident that it will work. As a result, it works!

I still find it very special that you can use the technique of hypnosis to direct or increase people's suggestibility . I haven't tried it myself yet.

I tried self-hypnosis and got a lot of tingling all over my body after about 10 minutes. Is this normal? It was not unpleasant.

@Iljaz That is a trance phenomenon and it happens more often in hypnosis or during hypnotherapy. That's fine hear and especially if it's not unpleasant.
