An unconscious conflict in a past life?

You may also have an unconscious conflict in a past life. Read about this case study and take advantage of it.

The idea of time

Past lives are super interesting, especially if they contain conflicts. A long time ago, when I was just starting the trainings in 2009, there was a lady there and we were going to do an exercise with timelines. A timeline is a concept of time that you came up with. You came up with time. Well, you invented time, basically you are so hypnotized that you think there is a past and you think there is in future. But essentially there is only now.

That's so hypnotized into it, because all the people around you believe that too. There is a past and a future. But if you are one, or two, then there just isn't. Then there is only this moment. Then you have to go to school, then you learn all the days of the week. At some point you learn that a year has 52 weeks, and 12 months. Fine. And that's in there at some point. But it didn't used to be that way at all, when there was a 13-month calendar, for example. And yes, 13 is hard to divide so Julius Caesar changed that to 12 so he could collect more taxes, that's basically what it came down to. A calendar in Latin means "cash book.

So time is made into money actually. A way to make and collect money, that's what it comes down to. But anyway, so we came up with a concept of time. You can start working with that. We can make a workable model out of that. For example, by saying: the future is in front of you and the past is behind you. And maybe it's a little different with you, that maybe the future is on the right and the past is on the left in your concept. However you picture it, you could draw a line between that. A line between the idea of past and future and then you have a timeline.

Practice with time

We were going to do an exercise. Kinesthetic timeline it was called. It goes like this. Imagine time on the ground in front of you, so really start feeling with your body, "Okay, this is the now and there's my future in front of me, and behind me is the past. Then you walk backwards into your past, so to speak. And then you can experience a feeling.

In the case of the lady in question, she was afraid to be visible, or she dared not be visible. There wasn't necessarily a very big fear on it. But something was holding her back from being more visible, from saying more of what she thought, from showing more of herself, like, "Here I am!

Many people find visibility challenging. And she wanted to know where it was coming from so I said, "We follow that feeling back to a previous time, so just walk to the back. Then we then anchor that feeling there. In other words, she feels that feeling and I anchor that.

Sensation Anchoring

How to do it. For example, by applying a certain pressure to the shoulder, you get a kind of Pavlov response. Pavlov was known in the last century, among other things, for the Pavlov reaction, or experiment with dogs. He would show a piece of meat and those dogs would start barking and he would ring a bell with it. And at some point the ringing of the bell was enough for those dogs to think that meat was coming and then they would already start drooling, without there being any meat around. So that response was anchored in the little bell.

Well you can use that in the same way with, for example, anchoring the feeling to a certain action. So we did that, in this case shoulder press. And so walking all the way to the back. But this lady didn't stay in this life, she didn't stay in a life before either, no she went back 5 lives on the timeline. And she came out on the funeral pyre and it got all panicked. That all worked out well though. That session itself lasted over an hour. After that, there was a lot of patch work that had to be done, in the sense of: she had panicked so much that there had to be another one-hour session after that. And there too I decided: maybe a kinesthetic timeline is not so useful in a beginning training. So that was immediately the last time we did that exercise in training.

But the effect after the session was that the unconscious conflict was resolved and she just went rock-solid visible. The result was top notch. Only it was equally intense at the time.

Wanting and not wanting to do something

The interesting thing is, even now you can do, think and do things you may not want to. You may not want to do certain things, think certain things and leave certain things at all. You may just want to do them. And then that is because of a conflict. It's almost always a conflict. 'On the one hand I want to, but on the other hand I may not dare,' that is a conflict. But so that conflict can also come from a past life, so then you could figure out this whole life, but then you still just don't find it.

Until you go to a past life and resolve the conflict there. So for example, by doing a kinesthetic timeline or going into a regression. So then you can resolve that. And that's very interesting when you think about it. Maybe you think, 'Yeah, I've tried everything, but nothing works.' Or, 'Yes I've figured out my whole past, but nothing seems to work.' Then maybe there is another past where the problem is. And so even there it is good to look for that unconscious conflict. Because time belongs to the mind. In essence, you could think of time as a vertical axis, so it is always now. And now also means a past life that you could be suffering from, just like that lady.

So just explore within yourself, go into a trance-like state, for example, and see what comes up. And indeed follow time back in your mind until the conflict is there and resolve it. And I'm sure, it's definitely not going to hurt you. Good luck!
