Adele under hypnosis because of stage fright

Adele also recognized the power of hypnosis and began working with a hypnotherapist to tame her stage fright. Despite performing very often, Adele is still not free of her problems to this day.

Stage fright and hypnosis

She seems to be very much looking forward to the Oscar ceremony where she has to sing. I personally think she is one of the best singers there is (if not the best) so her singing skills will not be in question. (source: telegraaf.nl)

Yet, like many people, she suffers from stage fright. Before a performance, she has nausea that goes a long way, to the point of vomiting. When you don't have that, you wonder why, especially with a voice like that.

But yes people's unconscious mind works very separately. Even if you perform often like Adele or hold a lot of presentations, when you have stage fright you often hold it. Many artists can deal with that quite well although that obstacle does not have to be there at all.

Now I read it from Adele and also immediately had to think of André Hazes. He too was always totally stressed before a performance. When I saw the movie of him and saw him so stressed out I also immediately had to think of hypnotherapy and what a relief that would have been for him.

Anyway, André is no more and Adele is still around and she made a decision to do something about it. Not to a psychologist to talk about her problems, but effective treatment.

A psychologist will probably take months and a hypotherapist 1 to 3 sessions. So yes if you want to get rid of something I would know it too. Good choice!

Fortunately, hypnotherapy is becoming more widely known to people as a highly effective form of therapy. In many hospitals, it is already treatment No. 1 in children with chronic abdominal pain. And fortunately, it is going further and further.

There is still a lot to do and a lot of people to help. That is why we also train people so that more people can experience how effective hypnotherapy is. Would you also like to become a hypnotherapist? Take a look at the agenda for the possibilities.
