42 Problems you can tackle with hypnosis

Hypnosis can be applied to very many areas. In fact, there are very few problems in your life that hypnosis cannot help you with. To illustrate that, here are no less than 42 problems you can tackle with hypnosis

All kinds of different fears such as claustrophobia, fear of flying, fear of heights, fear of spiders or public speaking 2.

Irrational fears make life difficult. In fact, you can develop a phobia of almost anything, but some of the most common fears are claustrophobia and fear of heights.

Several hypnosis experts have obviously already latched onto these fears, and in the meantime they have also developed some specific techniques to cure these fears. Usually the root of these fears lies in a bad experience you had in the past. With hypnosis, you can go back to that moment and get to the root of the fear. The same methods also work for arachnophobia or public speaking.

Fear of failure or exam anxiety 2.

Fear of failure and exam anxiety are some specific forms of phobias that are common among people who feel insecure. Hypnosis can help you feel stronger so that you can recognize that your fear of failure is not rational. After a few hypnosis sessions, you may already be relieved of your fear of failure or exam stress.

You may already be rid of it if you watch the video below 😉

All 500 phobias in existence 3.

Phobias come in all shapes and sizes. You name it, they exist. Perhaps you suffer from a specific phobia that you didn't even know had a name. For example, what about emetophobia: the fear of nausea. Or scatophobia: the fear of not having a toilet nearby when you have to.

Some of these phobias sound separate, but they can develop into compulsions that make your entire life hell and cause you to feel like you are constantly living in fear.

In that case, it's time to find a solution, and you often find that solution in hypnosis. When you suffer from any phobia, no matter how crazy, it always pays to seek out a hypnotherapist.

Smoking 4.

Smoking is perhaps the most common addiction in the world, and it's a problem. Smoking is unhealthy, expensive and long past its prime. Many smokers say quitting smoking is one of the hardest things they've ever done, but let me tell you a secret: With hypnosis, quitting smoking becomes a whole lot easier.

Be careful, because quitting smoking is still a big deal, even with hypnosis. After all, you have to be motivated to REALLY quit. Anyway, when you have the power of hypnosis on your side, it is certainly no longer impossible.

Cocaine addiction 5.

cocaine addictionCocaine is one of the most addictive substances on earth, and cocaine addiction has the power to thoroughly kill your personal and professional life. Quitting smoking is a piece of cake compared to kicking cocaine, but that doesn't mean it's impossible.

Quitting cocaine on your own is quite difficult, which is why I recommend seeking the help of a good hypnotherapist. I myself am very experienced in dealing with cocaine addiction and usually manage to help you in a single session, because I have been an addict myself and understand very well how cocaine addiction works.

Alcohol addiction 6.

When we talk about addictions, it is hard to ignore alcohol addiction. Alcohol is ubiquitous in our society, but more and more people are experiencing the dark side of alcohol.

Alcohol addiction is one of the most common forms of addiction, but also one of the most serious. This is because it is also a physical addiction, not just mental. For that reason, curing alcohol addiction, even when you have help from a hypnotherapist, is an extensive job.

Often as an alchohol addict, you have to go through a long journey before you are completely cured.

Other drug addictions such as XTC, speed or LSD 7.

Of course, hypnosis can also help you with other drug addictions such as XTC, speed or LSD. In fact, the nature of many of these addictions is actually the same.

Hypnosis helps you descend into your subconscious and eliminate the root of addiction.

Blow

Smoking can also lead to serious addiction. Although blowing in itself is no more harmful than smoking a cigarette, you can stillbecome firmly addicted to it. This is experienced by many people who blow daily and then suddenly stop: the withdrawal symptoms are not minor and it is often very difficult to stop on your own.

With hypnosis, however, you can also cope with this addiction.

Game addiction 9.

Video game addiction is becoming increasingly common, and the consequences for your social life are incalculable. game addiction
Meanwhile, in the Netherlands, video game addiction is recognized as a genuine form of addiction, and there are several specialized therapies available, including hypnosis.

As with other forms of behavioral addiction, hypnosis can help you overcome your gaming addiction. Since game addiction is not a physical addiction, a few hypnosis sessions are usually enough to help you get rid of a game addiction.

Robin Wieferink has a specialized site with information on hypnotherapy for gaming addiction.

If you are interested, you can take a look at www.gameverslaving.nl.

Eating addiction 10.

In the list of addictions that are common in our Western world, we must also take a moment to mention eating addiction. We probably don't need to explain to you that eating addiction can lead to very serious consequences: obesity, depression and a whole list of health problems.

With hypnosis, you find out the reason why you have an eating addiction. You will work with the expert to find a solution by answering questions such as "Why am I eating too much?" "When does my eating addiction arise?" and "How can I successfully tackle my eating addiction?" With sufficient motivation, you will succeed in eating less after just one session.

Anorexia 11.

Anorexia is a serious condition that is very difficult to cure completely. This is because the cause is often very deep and you cannot just cure it with a simple treatment. There are specialized treatments for anorexia, but even there the outcome is not always successful.

Because anorexia is often so deep, hypnosis can really help you, but you have to realize that it is often a long journey. Together with the hypnotherapist, you will explore the origins of your eating patterns.

Under hypnosis, you can - under the guidance of the hypnotherapist - make fundamental changes to how your body handles food, weight and self-image. I have successfully treated several cases of anorexia myself, but it was never the easiest path.

Below is a comment from Axelle:

For 4 years I had been suffering from the eating disorder, anorexia. It has been so bad that I have even been in the hospital on cardiac monitoring. In about two years, I had had just about every treatment possible; medication, inpatient admissions, part-time treatments (several day parts per week) and outpatient consultations/checks.

These treatments focused purely on eating and gaining weight, but nothing was done about thought patterns. As a result, these treatments did not help much and I kept falling back into my old familiar pattern of not eating and exercising a lot.

At the time, my father was introduced to NLP and hypnosis. He found the brain so interesting that he took several courses. I myself did not believe in it so refused my father's offer to try hypnotherapy. A year after the offer, my situation had still not improved, my weight was still way too low and I was suffering a lot from negative thoughts.

That's when I decided to delve just a little deeper into hypnotherapy. I looked up what exactly it was and read stories of people who had been treated this way. I was still not completely convinced, but wanted to try it anyway. I actually saw this as a last resort.

The first session took place in Wormerveer on 13Mei 2014. Immediately when I entered the treatment room with Edwin, I already felt very different. A little light in my head. In this session we were going to work on my self-image by going back to my past in my subconscious to replay some events and change them into desired situations.

I was under full hypnosis, meaning with my eyes closed and a relaxed body. Immediately after the session, I already felt like a completely different person. I found it so special that I could recall those situations like that when earlier in my consciousness I had not remembered them at all. In the days that followed I encountered more and more changes. My self-image was much more positive and I no longer cared what I was going to eat.

After a month, I had the second session. In the meantime I had already gained 4kilo in weight, I had never managed this even in three years. When I gained weight I felt so guilty that I started losing it again, but this time I was even proud of it!

Bulimia 12.

Bulimia is also a serious eating disorder but differs from anorexia in that it is typified by binges of so-called binge eating, periods when you suddenly eat a lot.

The treatment of bulimia has much in common with anorexia. Hypnosis can certainly help you in that treatment, by building a healthy body image and regular eating habits in your subconscious mind. Like anorexia, the treatment of bulimia is quite a long process that has, however, proven successful on several occasions.

Sleep problems 13.

Everyone suffers from poor sleep from time to time, but you only speak of real sleep problems when that poor sleep affects your daily life. If you hardly sleep for days on end and are too tired during the day to put one foot in front of the other, you would do well to seek help.

Hypnosis is an excellent way to address your sleep problems.

Indeed, in my experience, cause of sleep problems is always in a very concrete problem. When you can't sleep, it's because your brain is still busy processing something from the past day, or worrying about all sorts of things.

With hypnosis, you descend into your subconscious and can eliminate those problems in an instant. That way, you'll be rid of your sleep problems immediately.

Bruxism or teeth grinding 14.

Teeth grinding, or bruxism, is common and can lead to a number of unpleasant consequences, including permanent damage to your teeth. With hypnosis, you can unlearn numerous harmful habits, such as teeth grinding. We do this through regression in order to identify the origins.

Pain 15.

Pain is a very common complaint but still deserves special attention. If you suffer from pain that cannot be explained in any other way, you would do well to visit a hypnotherapist.

Note! Pain, of course, can also simply be a signal of a medical condition that needs a doctor's attention. So when you suffer from acute pain, your first reaction should be to see a doctor or go to the hospital.

Only when traditional medicine can no longer relieve pain and preferably on the recommendation of a doctor, can hypnosis help you fight pain.

Weight Loss

Losing weight is a particularly difficult job, and sometimes all the diets and all the sports in the world are not enough to make you lose even a single pound. Fortunately, you can count on hypnosis.

There are several ways hypnosis can help you lose weight. First, hypnosis can give you the confidence and motivation you need to successfully start a diet and stick with it. lose weight with hypnosis

Indeed, many people - after several failed attempts - suffer from a kind of fear of failure when it comes to losing weight. They are convinced they can't do it. However, hypnosis can help you with that.

However, hypnosis can also help you with concrete problems that make it very difficult for you to lose weight. If you suffer greatly from stress, sleep problems or other ailments that make it difficult for you to lose weight, hypnosis will help you address those problems first. This is how you take the first steps toward your ideal weight.

So consider:

  1. Emotional Problems
  2. Metabolic Problems
  3. Motivation Problems

We have developed a very successful weight loss program which "resets" the metabolism and addresses the underlying problems as well.

PTSD 17.

PTSD or post-traumatic stress is an anxiety disorder related to profound negative events in your past. These can be very diverse, but hypnosis is often an effective solution, especially when classical therapy does not help.

With hypnosis, you go back to the moment of the traumatic event and work to analyze this event: what exactly happened? Why does the event keep haunting your mind? And most importantly, "how can we dismantle the trauma so that it no longer has a profound negative impact on your daily life.

This is challenging, but with a few hypnosis sessions, most people make rapid progress.

Bedwetting 18.

Bedwetting is more common than you think, not only in children but also in adults. The causes of bedwetting can be very diverse, but one thing is certain: this is a phenomenon you want to get rid of as soon as possible.

Often psychological factors are at the root of bedwetting, in which case hypnosis can be an excellent tool to help you regain control of your bladder. You then explore under hypnosis the origins of bedwetting: a particular trauma, a psychological disorder, or the inability to cope with stress.

Be aware, however, that bedwetting can also have a physical cause. There are numerous medical conditions that can be the cause of bedwetting, such as a urinary tract infection or diabetes. Therefore, in these cases, you would do well to consult a doctor first. When bedwetting is a physical medical problem, it is better to see a doctor than a hypnotherapist.

Childhood traumas 19.

Childhood traumas are events from your childhood that continue to haunt you to this day. Often these are very negative experiences that surface, for example, in nightmares and constantly bother you in your daily life.

Often childhood traumas are at the root of specific fears. For example, if you had a very negative experience with a spider in childhood, chances are you will develop an irrational fear of spiders for the rest of your life.

Hypnosis in these cases helps you go back to your childhood and get to the root of the problem there. When you realize which specific event originated your trauma, it becomes easier to overcome your fears and traumas.

A hypnotherapist can make you realize under hypnosis that your fears are irrational, and so you can build an anxiety-free life after just a few sessions.

Stuttering 20.

Stuttering is a very unpleasant condition. It makes you feel uncomfortable when speaking and makes speaking in front of a group of people a real nightmare. This limits your abilities and often feels very frustrating.

The cause of stuttering is often psychological and can be treated with hypnosis. There are two ways to treat stuttering with hypnosis. First, we can go back to the first moment you stuttered in your life, and transform that experience.

Without that first stuttering experience, the root of the problem disappears and you can talk again without difficulty, in any situation. We can also use a second, slower, method when the first one doesn't work.

In that case, under hypnosis, you simply learn to talk again.

21. Negative beliefs such as "I can't do it" or "I'm not worth it.

Negative beliefs are very common and they can have a huge impact on your daily life. Often negative beliefs are at the root of other concrete problems you are experiencing.

For example, if you believe you can't speak in front of a large group, you won't succeed. In this sense, treating negative beliefs with hypnosis is a very thorough method that gets to the heart of the problem. When you can remove the negative belief, a whole host of other problems will immediately disappear from your life.

Negative beliefs can also lead to a negative self-image, and that can be very destructive. Under hypnosis, you then go back to the very first events in which those negative beliefs surfaced.

Relationship Issues 22.

Relationship problems come in all shapes and sizes, but each time you can figure out their origins with hypnosis. In fact, in your subconscious is where the first moment those relationship problems arose.

Reviving them will help you gain more insight into your problems. Of course, your relationship problems will not disappear on their own after a hypnosis session, because you still have to face them together with your partner and talk it out.

Still, hypnosis is an excellent way to better understand relationship problems, and that is the basis of solving the problem.

23 Love hypnosis

Heartbreak is one of the most intense emotions you can feel, and it's not easy to process it on your own. With hypnosis, you can get rid of the long agony that heartbreak often brings. By using the power of your subconscious mind, you take a shortcut, so to speak, in processing your heartbreak. Especially when heartbreak drags on for a very long time, a hypnotherapist can help you.

Or watch the video below. You might find it useful 🙂

Grief Counseling 24.

Losing someone you loved dearly is a particularly difficult task, but hypnosis can help here, too. The root of your problem in this case is more than obvious: living your life without that one person is a hell of a task, and the feeling of missing them can be heartbreaking.

Grief counseling is, in a sense, a natural process and often does not need to be assisted by hypnosis at all, but when it continues to drag on and still makes your life miserable even after months or years, then it is time to take back control of your life.

That's where hypnosis can help you. Under hypnosis, an expert can teach you to deal with your grief differently. Your brain can be taught to accept that that one person is no longer there, and therefore the process of grieving can finally begin in a healthy way.

Of course, everyone has different "rules" regarding grief. I myself lost my father and our whole family grieves differently. If grieving takes so long that it doesn't actually feel ok for you, then hypnosis is definitely a good idea.

Helping you give birth pain-free 25.

obstetric hypnosisChildbirth is perhaps the toughest physical feat a body ever has to perform. Women who have already endured childbirth unanimously agree that the pain during childbirth is like nothing on earth. There are all kinds of anesthetic techniques that can be applied to help you give birth pain-free, but they often come with some negative edges. This is why you can try hypnosis to give birth pain-free.

First, you can learn to manage pain differently thanks to hypnosis, in preparation for childbirth. This way, you slowly prepare your body for the pain experience.

But you can also take it a step further: in fact, you can also give birth under hypnosis. First, you learn to install a so-called anesthesia trigger in your brain. This is a particular thought that turns on your body's internal anesthetic mechanisms. Once you have learned this, you can decide to be sedated at any time.

Depression 26.

Depression is a serious psychological condition that can bring you down completely. The modern medical world thinks it has the solution to depression with various heavy drugs, but many people are skeptical of that. Therefore, they choose, often successfully, to have their depression treated with hypnosis.

What you do with hypnosis is go back to the very first moment when the depression occurred. By transforming that moment into something else, something that no longer has anything to do with depression, you can address the problem.

When you are under hypnosis, you can make all kinds of changes in your subconscious, and therefore it is possible to completely change the roots of your depression in just a few sessions.

Allergies 27.

key hypnosisAllergies come in all shapes and sizes. Most people do have mild forms of common allergies such as hay fever, but in some cases it can become much more severe. Mild allergic reactions can be treated pretty easily with simple medications such as anti-histamines, but that's not always a solution. Often just a band-aid...

Treating allergies with hypnosis, with this you really effectively address the allergy. Hypnosis has proven very successful in tackling a lot of different allergies. Of course, it is not a panacea, but it works very miraculously for many allergies 😉

Uncertainty 28.

General insecurity is a complaint that is very common and can have far-reaching consequences in your daily life. For example, you are afraid to speak in front of a group, you feel uncomfortable with your future, and you can no longer do the things you love to do.

At its core, insecurity is a problem with your self-image. You are insecure because you see yourself as someone who is insecure. If you can use hypnosis to reverse that image of yourself, you are on the right track. Hypnosis can help you transform that insecurity into certainty. From then on, you will be stronger in your shoes and again dare to do all the things you would like to do so much.

Poor self-esteem 29.

Poor self-image is at the root of many problems you may face in your life. As we mentioned earlier, it is one of the main causes of insecurity, but poor self-image can lead to many other negative things.

Often poor self-image, for example, is at the root of eating disorders, psychological problems, certain fears or even addictions. When you can transform a negative self-image into a positive self-image with the help of hypnosis, you will immediately notice that a large group of problems disappear from your life.

Perfectionism 30.

Perfectionism is a useful trait in some cases, but often it is rather a nuisance. Perfectionism becomes a problem when your high expectations do not match reality.

Then it is a source of frustration and can lead to low self-esteem, which in itself is the cause of a host of other problems. There are several forms of hypnotherapy that specifically aim to unlearn perfectionism.

Typically, during such a hypnosis session you will explore the underlying origins of your perfectionism. Often there is an event in your past that you can identify as the source of your perfectionism. When you can transform that event in your subconscious, your perfectionism disappears like snow in the sun.

Tinnitus or tinnitus 31.

It sounds crazy because tinnitus seems like a very physical phenomenon, but you can actually address tinnitus or tinnitus with hypnosis. In many cases, it works just as well or even better than traditional medical treatments.

Tinnitus is typified by a constant unpleasant sound in your ears. It is important to realize that this sound is not there, and is merely a result of damage to your ears. Under hypnosis, you can learn to hear around this noise. You are learning a new auditory habituation, so to speak. Your hearing is reprogrammed so that you can no longer hear the ringing.

Burnout 32.

Stress and burnout are among the most common complaints of the 21st century. People often find that conventional medicine lacks sufficient tools to address these complex psychological issues. This is where hypnosis can help.
In fact, burnout is merely a symptom of a deeper-rooted problem.

The causes of burnout can be many, but usually involve stress or overtiredness, combined with poor self-image, insecurity, perfectionism and the urge to want to do everything right. These are all things you can treat with hypnosis.

When you eliminate the underlying origins of burnout through hypnosis, the burnout will disappear on its own.

Fatigue complaints 33.

Fatigue sometimes has very simple causes: when you've hardly slept through a night or you've just had a very hard day, a little tiredness is quite normal. Then it is even healthy!

But in many people, fatigue has taken on real pathological characteristics. When you are constantly fatigued, with no obvious cause, and even a refreshing night's sleep does not help, you need to seek help.

Both traditional medicine and hypnosis can treat fatigue. A doctor may be able to get you started and possibly even prescribe medication, but sometimes that is not the right way to go. Hypnosis is an efficient way to discover and resolve the origins behind your fatigue symptoms.

Unexplained and/or vague complaints 34.

It would be helpful if all your complaints were always clearly definable and explainable, but that is simply not the case. If you suffer from symptoms that you cannot immediately explain yourself, hypnosis may be able to help you, but please note: always see a doctor first.

Just because you can't explain a particular pain or complaint yourself (using the Internet) doesn't mean you should immediately dismiss the entire medical world. When you have a physical complaint, the doctor is still the first step.

Fortunately, many doctors are very open to hypnosis, and if they cannot treat your symptoms, they may recommend that you seek out a hypnotherapist. When you are under hypnosis you can start looking for the underlying causes of your symptoms and you will find that suddenly they are not so inexplicable at all.

35 Migraine

MigraineHypnosis is a recognized way to treat migraines and is recommended by many experts. Both hypnotherapy and self-hypnosis that you perform at home (with sound files, for example) can be used to treat migraines.

Hypnosis addresses the underlying triggers of migraine attacks, thereby reducing the pain you experience and how often migraine attacks occur. Under hypnosis, you access your subconscious, which allows you to ask your body to deal differently with the triggers that would normally lead to an attack of severe headaches.

Then, regression therapy can be used to go back to the first moment when you suffered from migraines.

Scarcity Awareness 36.

Scarcity awareness is something many people face without fully realizing it themselves. If you feel like you never have enough of anything in your life, you may be suffering from scarcity consciousness.

Specifically, this manifests itself in the desire for a better job, more money, a brighter future, higher expectations for yourself and your children, and a gnawing sense of frustration and concern for yourself and the world around you. This is a condition that can take on very serious forms and make your life very unpleasant.

With hypnosis, you can try to transform this scarcity consciousness into something completely different: abundance consciousness. Abundance consciousness is just the opposite of scarcity consciousness: it's about being satisfied with what you have, not harboring impossible desires and getting rid of that feeling of always having too little.

For injuries to heal and heal faster 37.

Again, this is a controversial point and many people will argue that hypnosis cannot help you with injuries at all, because they are 100 percent physical and hypnosis has no impact on that. However, experts agree that there is truth to the following principle: using the mind to heal the body.

In other words, using your brain (and by extension, your subconscious) to heal physical injuries faster.

Be careful, because when you suffer an injury it is still smart to visit a doctor first. Hypnosis is only supposed to complement classical rehabilitation therapy and, of course, can never be a complete replacement for classical medical advice when it comes to injuries.

If medically appropriate, hypnosis can help you heal from injuries faster... Faster than you think 😉

Impotence complaints or frigidity 38.

Impotence and frigidity can completely ruin your relationship, but it remains a taboo subject to talk about. Classical medicine has some well-known solutions for impotence, but they are not always the panacea some expect.

While hypnosis is not a panacea either, it can still help you overcome impotence or frigidity, except when it is a physical condition that makes you physically unable to become aroused.

Under hypnosis, you look for the very first moment when the problem arose. You then learn about the origins of your impotence or frigidity and gain a deep understanding of how it works. That first experience is then transformed into something else, which in many cases makes the problem disappear.

Irritable bowel 39.

An irritable bowel can be a major discomfort, but hypnosis can help you here as well. In fact, the underlying reasons for an irritable bowel often have to do with stress, and reducing stress is an excellent way to address it with hypnosis.

During the hypnosis sessions, you work with the therapist to find the causes of your stress and program your brain to better handle stressful situations. That way, your stress and all its consequences disappear like snow in the sun.

Eczema or psoriasis 40.

Eczema and psoriasis are both skin conditions that can make your daily life uncomfortable. They are both accompanied by intense itching that ranges in intensity from annoying to insufferable.

In both psoriasis and eczema, the exact medical causes are unknown. It is certain, however, that there is no simply identifiable physical cause, such as infection from a virus or bacteria. The causes of eczema and psoriasis often lie much deeper and have a psychological or emotional side.

You can discover that psychological cause with the help of hypnosis. Through regression, you can go back to the very first moment when the disorder arose. Thus, the origin becomes clear and you can be treated efficiently.

Complete healing is possible with hypnosis.

41 Anger or aggression.

Anger and aggression always have an underlying cause, and often it goes back to early childhood. Perhaps there was a time when you were faced with a problem and aggression seemed to be the only way out.anger

From that moment on, your brain associated obstacles (physical or mental) with the only solution it knows: anger and aggression. This is how your brain programs itself to deal with situations efficiently, but as you probably understood right away, it doesn't always work very well.

Hypnosis allows you to access your subconscious mind. When you access your subconscious mind, you can shift those thought paths that have been fixed since childhood. Thanks to hypnosis, you can ensure that your response to an obstacle is no longer anger and aggression, but a healthier, less harmful response.

Not being able to eat fruits or vegetables 42.

It will sound bizarre to many people, but people who suffer from this condition know all too well that it is a reality. There are people who cannot eat fruits or vegetables at all, and that can have far-reaching consequences.

Of course, first and foremost, your health comes into play, as fruits and vegetables contain essential vitamins and minerals your body needs. However, there is something much more important, because when you cannot eat fruits and vegetables, you are no longer free as a human being to do as you please.

You are a slave to the thought patterns and blockages you used to develop in your brain, and that is precisely where hypnosis can help you. With hypnosis, you can go back to those moments and change your thought patterns so that eating fruits and vegetables becomes possible.

Watch a clip below from Bizarre Eaters in which I helped Joey with his problem.

I also want to be helped...

Sick before work. Doctors can’t find anything wrong. When I wake up in the morning and know I have to go to work right away, I’ve recently started experiencing all sorts of vague symptoms that resemble the flu: stomach cramps, headaches, feeling hot and cold, feverishness, nausea, and sometimes dizziness. If I call in sick and get some extra sleep, those symptoms aren’t completely gone but are much less severe. I hope you can help me; I’ve been home for two days now.

Hello, I’ve been working for several months now on regaining my natural vision without glasses. My distance vision is going pretty well, but close-up tasks—like reading or using the computer—aren’t going so well yet. This is because my eyes are always tense. Since I started this, I’ve been relaxing my eyes as much as possible with all kinds of exercises, but I can’t seem to release all the tension. According to Bates, you can read clearly if you can completely release the tension in your eye muscles. I’d really like some help in completely relaxing my eye muscles [permanently] so that I can finally see without glasses again and get back to my hobbies [photography and photo editing]. Warm regards, José

I would really like to get rid of my fatigue, stress, hay fever, and chronic knee pain (which the orthopedist says can no longer be treated). I’d also like to learn how to communicate better with people, because of my autism. I’ve been at home since December because communication issues arose during my internship. I hope you can help me with this.

I struggle with not wanting to eat vegetables and fruit. And I have an early-stage form of contamination anxiety. I don’t know what to do anymore.

You can make an appointment with one of our hypnotherapists. They can very well help you with this.

In a few months, I am expecting my second son. This birth I would like to experience differently than the first. I am looking for something that can help me to relax more and especially to cope better with the pain. After the last delivery I knew for sure: "if there will be a second one, I want an epidural". Because there are also disadvantages to that, I want to try something else first.

I struggle with public speaking, negative thoughts and beliefs, a type of eczema/very dry skin, insecurity, poor self-image, burnout, fatigue, unexplained health issues, irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety about myself, my family, and relatives (regarding health, work, etc.), getting irritated or angry easily, etc. Thanks in advance. Best regards, Maki

Speaking anxiety. Especially when someone wants my opinion or asks me something in a group. If someone asks me "what do you do for work" and I have to tell something about myself, I turn red, start shaking and don't come out. In the office in meetings, I would prefer to tell all kinds of things, but in reality sit silently in the back.

Too many to mention! Depression, add, always tired even when I did sleep well. Many side effects from many medications. Asthma and maybe copd (they will test that in 6 weeks) so I try to quit smoking. But I can't while I really want to. Last week I was in hospital because of shortness of breath. I've been with the mental hospital for 19 years. Tried everything and it only gets worse. While I want to be the best mother for my son with Ass and tos. Can only remember happily around delivery. So pretty hopeless

I am very insecure, thinking I can't do things, that other people can do things much better than me. Also, I always worry a lot about what people think of me.

Fortunately, you're already doing better than most people because quite a few don't care. But no kidding, you can definitely get rid of that.

Worrying, negative thoughts. I’d really like to get rid of these. I already meditate, and that helps, but I’d like to get some extra guidance.

I’m afraid of my physical anxiety symptoms. I hyperventilate a lot and feel very restless. I’m afraid I won’t get enough air and will suffocate. And I’m afraid others will notice that I have facial tics.

Allergic symptoms. Runny nose, sneezing. Itchy back and roof of the mouth. Reactions also caused by foods, including sulfites. I’ve been using the NAET method for quite some time; it helped briefly, but the reactions are back in full force. And they just won’t go away.
